General Overview
We are the Mississippi State University student chapter for Engineers Without Borders-USA! MSU provides our chapter with the support of a strong community including interdisciplinary students, faculty, and staff. Our chapter engages in volunteer opportunities at local community projects such as Habitat for Humanity, Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge, and other partner organizations. Students work together during the academic year to fundraise, raise awareness about our organization, and plan for the next project trip. Apart from all the hard work, this group is also about connecting with each other and building meaningful relationships with like-minded students through camping trips, holiday parties, and other social events. Our chapter believes it is just as important to build a thriving community here in Starkville as it is in the Santa Teresita region of Ecuador and other communities around the world. Interested in becoming a member or supporting our cause? Read our EWB MSU New Member Introduction on the Resources page.
